We start by listening...
...to the client who carries a vision before it has language, who feels the direction of a place long before it can be fully described. To the street that already holds its own voice, shaped by movement, memory, conflict, and care, quietly telling us what it needs if we are willing to listen.
...to the stakeholders and rightsholders of tomorrow, who will inherit the consequences and possibilities of what we choose to design today. Those who may not yet be at the table, but whose lives will be shaped by every decision embedded in form, material, access, and ecology.
And most importantly, to the land itself: he original author of every site. The ground that carries memory beneath every layer of intervention; ecological, cultural, and geological. The land that remembers what was there before us, and continues to shape what can come next.
This is who we design for.
